Adding a field for personal note on block list and allow list
Hi,
I have created a lot of custom allow and block list items but when I look back I find it hard to know why and also when I added those to the lists.
It would be very helpful if you could add one optional column that a user like me could add some comments about why a certain domain was blocked
for example
blocked domain
optional field: added this domain when I spotted this as an ad on my web mail app.

NextDNS already has this feature.

Check out the NextHub Remote iOS app. It lets you add notes to allow/deny list items from your iPhone.

- OS agnostic
- across all - app AND browser.
NextDNS early adopters may tend to be privacy savvy. The last thing wanted is to have to install an app to get functionality.
I've been wanting this feature for some time. Its absence really affects the productivity of my interaction with NextDNS.

I'd extend this feature to be implemented as user defined tags.
User creates tags: website or websites, whatever.
When a domain is added to the whitelist the use can add ONE or MANY tags to attach their own reasoning.
Another view can show the tag v domain. relationship.

I absolutely back the top proposal, it would be great to be able to write down your own notes on every block/allow, so you can remember later what it was about!
