my recent router update killed nextdns now I can't reinstall

On my mac I open terminal ssh root@ui.com nothing happens. Not even asking for a SSH psw. I have updated the psw just to see if it was the issue. What could be going wrong?

    dig ui.com

    See if router IP is returned or not.
