NextDNS causing severe slowdowns and connectivity issues for certain websites on any device.

Hello, for past few months, the NextDNS has been slow on my desktop as well as on my mobile devices. Most of the websites work fine sometimes, but other website like YouTube, Steam, Giphy, Instagram etc. these have been really slow to load for months now.

I have tested with and without NextDNS, and they load properly without the custom NextDNS config :/

I have gone through these Guidelines as well.

(10th June): nvm lol the slow loading is back, this time I don't have more than 2 filters in my blocklists, unfortunately IDK what's causing it, tested without NextDNS and everything loads properly like nothing happened.
