Blacklist a partial URL

Hi!

Is it possible to add a partial domain name to the blacklist?

What I want to do is block  *-word.domain.com (this would block anything ending in -word.domain.com)

This would block ends-with-word.domain.com and another-word.domain.com and everything similar.

It's possible in a few adblockers, like AdGuard so without knowing what I'm talking about I guess it should be possible
