Clone Existing Profile: Would Save A Lot Of Time

I'm sure most of us here utilize NextDNS profiles, but having to set up new ones from scratch is a pain when there are many entries in the block/allow lists that we need to copy to new profiles. Basically, a way to clone existing profiles for further customization. I have a "baseline" profile that contains hundreds of manual entries that I want applied to all profiles without having to re-enter those lists by hand.

Or introduce some feature that provides a baseline that we specify as the beginnings of a new profile.

    Or a common Allow list that is across all profiles would be grand.

    A common Allow list and the ability to add a blocked site to it in the logs page would be awesome!
