Microsoft defender Android blocks 4G access

Not sure if you can help but,

I noticed that Microsoft Defender (installed in Work profile) blocks my internet on 4G with nextnds.io as private DNS setting. On Wifi there is no issue, it only happens on 4G. Steps to reproduce:

1. Notice not internet on 4G
2. Remove Defender from the phone
3. disable/enable wireless data
4. Internet is working again
5. After sometime defender gets automatically installed again (from work profile)
6. Internet keeps working for sometime after defender is re-installed
7. Notice that suddenly internet is not working anymore (webpage not loading, apps not working) and repeat from step 2

Settings:

Samsung S9 with latest Android 10 installed

Nextdns.io configured as private DNS on the phone
