About NextDNS's use of Google

Hello, i made a DNS leak test and it shows me that one of my DNS server is Google, but I am pretty sure i am using only NextDNS DNS over TLS.

Is it possible to get some technical information on the use of Google on NextDNS product and whether this can be a problem for users who are mindful of their privacy?

    What browser was this test using?

      R P M Firefox.

      Anyway dnsleaktest says just one DNS server (the right one). First results are from this test: https://www.astrill.com/dns-leak-test

      But maybe is it their fault (?)

      Andrea It might have been a temporary blip with astrill test. 
      I just tested it and only got nextDNS.
