Can't connect to Ookla/AT&T Speedtest Server with NextDNS enabled

Does NextDNS have an issue with (or block) resolving IPv4 addresses where the last octet is zero?  Per network capture logs (Wireshark compatible tool on Android) it appears that the Chicago, IL AT&T Wireless speedtest server resolves to 107.116.44.0. If NextDNS is active, I cannot access this server and attempting to speedtest through it fails.  As soon as I disable NextDNS (stopping the app, or turning off private DNS) the speedtest works.
