You can simply go into your NextDNS Configuration and add "windows93.net" to the Denylist, allow some time for the block to become fully activate.

That should effectively stop her going there.

Monitor her internet surfing closely. If she finds any other websites not covered by the Parental Control Block Lists add them as quickly as possible to the Denylist.

Make it very clear in strong terms that you are monitoring her internet surfing like a hawk and that this type of thing is taboo and will not ever be tolerated.

Try placing the computer in a living room or area of the house where you can easily see what is on the screen, ignore her protests, Your daughter needs to learn needs to learn that she is responsible for her behaviour and that she will be made accountable for her actions and defiant behaviour.

If she persists try cutting off all internet access for long periods of time

Please ensure you protect your NextDNS Configuration Settings with a really strong password that your daughter will never guess and do not ever make a record of that password in any form.
