Mail alert when there is no activity anymore

would like to get a mail message or a message on the dasboard when a working Config is not getting new log entries in the last 24 hours! Also when a device is not adding entries to the log. 

If this would happends then something is wrong with device, so I have check device config.

Now I have to check every config, and still have no clue if I am missing devices.
