Could you please change the turkish list provider?

To simply put it the bkrucarciturk-adlist was last updated 8 months ago, I have seen other suggestions for different providers but adguard being something that offers paid options is probably a service that will be the most reliable for any sort of filtering database, I really hope that this could be added. I have a few friends that use nextdns and go on sites that have betting and gambling ads that are blocked by the adguard turkish list there are some annoying ads, I personally wouldn't really mind since I don't even visit and turkish sites but keeping a filter that's 8 months old when there is adguard filters just seems illogical.
