Problem Downloading Shared files from Sharepoint.com

My work requires me to download shared files from *.sharepoint.com

Whenever I press to download anything from *.sharepoint.com, nothing happens. I already added *.sharepoint.com to Whitelist but the problem persists.

If I turn off NextDNS, downloads happen just fine.

My girlfriend is also working a lot with Sharepoint so before i go and install i have to know.

Are you seeing anything blocked on *.sharepoint.com in your NextDNS logs?

Do you have CNAME flattening enabled on your configuration? If you do, you may want to try either turning it off or checking to make sure you have DNSSEC turned off on your client (if applicable). The Microsoft services use a lot of nested CNAMEs so these settings might impact you. Just an idea for testing.

I think adding *.office.com and *.office365.com to Whitelist solved the problem.
