Newly Registered Domains (nrd)

Would it be possible to have it display 'Newly Registered Domains' in the block page and in logs instead of 'nrd'? Had a legitimate site blocked (as option was supposed to do), but when trying to help the user, I had to Google 'NextDNS' and 'nrd' since I have never seen it before and didn't remember what that acronym meant. Was able to whitelist the domain and worked perfectly.
