URLhaus blocklist

This blocklist contains a hole ton of malicious ips and domains, probably not caught by nextdns(yet)

The lists are in here(don't get convinced this an api just by looking at the url, it also contain blocklist, just one problem, the hosts one is really small and the original and humongous one uses only domain blocking without prior syntax): https://urlhaus.abuse.ch/api/

If you think it's way too excessive, you could use the smart blocking method used by blokada(this type of 'smart' method starts of with scanning the url for for ads and if it matches any of the blocklists, then it will be blocked), just that it may introduce some unnecessary domains in logs but it's fine, if you guys feel like it's too much work, remember, it's optional and you can set it to a longer deadline just to cool your mind.
