Certificate doesnt prevent HTTPS error

On my phone running Android, without the certificate, it allows me to bypass the error which gets me to the blockpage, but with the certificate, I get "You cannot visit (insert site) right now because the website uses hsts, and it doesnt allow me to bypass it

I couldn't understand the issue completely. Usually after installing the certificate you get to see the blockpage saying this website was blocked by NextDNS and by this filter. So without the certificate its normal to just get a couldn't find the domain etc error the hsts or I think its https error you mentioned that part I didn't understand.

Emanuel Jacobsson I'm using DNS Over TLS / Private DNS option in Network/Wireless settings and I just installed it to try and seems fine. You could maybe try that. Also try another browser to see if that fixes it.

Emanuel Jacobsson I see a VPN icon if you are connected to a VPN maybe try turning that off, I can't see what's going on exactly so can't say anything precisely. More info on your setup should help. Also just removing the cert and downloading it again and installing it just to take that out of the equation should also help. (I mean downloading a fresh copy incase it was somehow corrupted while downloading its rare but if there were some packet loss and etc it van happen.

Hey The VPN icon is for Netguard, which isnt an VPN.

And regarding the certificate, I have downloaded fresh copies everytime, it also happens on my computer, with it also having the  certificate installed.

      I attached an  video.

Sometimes you might get the certificates all in the wrong place, it should be in CA (Certificate Authority), not VPN and apps, example:

    it should be this: https://mega.nz/file/sR1S2AhC#4pxaRXuSzxbyFrX3opFb7NS7hAwjMGHZp3ePsJZAU_w

    Not this: https://mega.nz/file/QZ8wWIAJ#Q2L3BAdv-nDZ-34a5DVnDB8BtcYe04mgPkUyAocbg1s
