Good day new to the forum , have a question about Does NextDNS block email spam ? If so what are they ?

No. It’s not a content filter, it’s a dns filter

As mentioned before it is not a spam filter.
This is the spam tool I used. IMHO it is the best one on the market.

Also, you can still block some TLDs used by spam, Malware, phishing... websites. This the list I gather from security sources:
