UDM Pro Install Issues

I am getting the following errors and need help resolving it please. I do not have IPV6 enabled on the UDM Pro. I have restarted NextDNS and the UDM Pro several times with now luck

# sudo nextdns activate
Error: setup resolv.conf: rename /etc/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf.nextdns-bak: device or resource busy
Error: non zero exit code: 1: OCI runtime error

    Common error. All should still work though you should turn on ipv6.

    Thanks. I’ll enable ipv6
