Being routed to faraway servers since the past week

Since the past week or so, the anycast and ultralow servers are pointing towards Dubai or Los Angeles servers(and at times to the Singapore ones) despite me being located inside India both on my Fibre connection and on cellular(BSNL and Jio respectively).

Usually, I used to get connected to the NextDNS servers located in Bangalore/Chennai and at times to Mumbai or Delhi ones with the average latency being around 25ms - 40ms.

My cellular ISP requires the DNS servers mentioned in the router(45.90.28.x, 45.90.30.x) to be located inside the country for the Wifi calling functionality to work.  And unfortunately, they seem to be pointing to Dubai or Los Angeles when I try to do a traceroute.

Devices using the NextDNS DOH profiles(downloaded from apple.nextdns.io) work fine though at times.
