— ADD explanations how to clean the DNS Cache in the Blocking Page's HTML

I think to several tabs in CSS: Apple - Windows - iOS - Android -... and the corresponding text:

To clean the DNS cache in macOS, open the Terminal Utility and type one of the following:

macOS Big Sur

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

macOS Sierra

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

Mac OS X El Capitan / Yosemite

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

— I think there is a translation error

Ajouter un domaine à la liste blanche autorisera automatiquement tous ses sous-domaines. La liste blanche a priorité sur tout le reste, y compris la liste noire et les fonctionnalités de sécurité.

It is a not a domain, but a host... in French...??? un site, une adresse, un URL ???

POC:

Add 'link.scarabresearch.com' but 'images.cdn.scarabresearch.com' is still blocked, which is a good solution. We must be able to block by host, not by domain.

A better solution, would be to have a link to help.nextdns.io page explaining how to clean cache for all OS. This will reduce the BlockPage size and only the help page will need to be updated.
