NextDNS Not Working Anymore (subscribed account)

I can't understand this....I log into my profile. Enter the provided DNS addresses into my router. Install NextDNS app on my mobile, link with ID code. Enable block on porn catagory but can still access porn sites. The message where is usually shows a green dot and that I am configured now says something about "DNS over TLS". It used to work and now it doesn't. Please help!

    Is this a phone you're having a problem with? If so, are you already using private dns?

      No I am using the hostname NextDNS has provided in my profile. It blocks the pornsite's now but what is preventing my child from changing the DNS back to private DNS?

      Raymond Assuming this is an android phone and since you implied you are using the NextDNS app and private DNS. You will have to use one of the other, either the app or private DNS but not both
