DNS Propagation Significantly Slower than Other Resolvers?

I somewhat frequently set up a new VPS instances or other hosted services to (sub)domains I own. I use Cloudflare as my DNS provider.

When using NextDNS, the DNS propogation takes significantly longer than 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9, or any other major resolver. NextDNS often takes an entire day (or two) as opposed to a couple minutes with the other resolvers. See screenshots below (both of which are checking the same domain).

Is this expected?

      NextDNS I leave them all set to "Auto" in Cloudflare, but I don't use their proxied records, so I don't know what the default is: https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/reference/ttl/

      Even so, if I'm on my phone using mobile data (not using NextDNS), new records I set up are live within a couple minutes. On my home network (with NextDNS) the records don't show up for ~6 hours on average. 🤔
