not working not recognize dns change

I'm setting my network with the nextdn data

my IP it the right one

but I get the message "this device it nos using nextdns"

I'v already try with nextdns app with no success

    Everything looks good. The NextDNS site is misleading. With IPv6 on left side they mean DNSv6.

    You should also never post your NextDNS ID in public places as now everyone can use your ID.

    thank for the reply,  I have a free account, but anyway,  I just deleted the profile so, the ID not longer  exists
