Weird Performance Issue

Hello,

I have been using NextDNS on my router for a month. Everything works smoothly. Latency is quite low. DNS requests are faster than Google Chrome and one.one.one.one.

The thing is that, when I visit websites that use Cloudflare, something slows down page loading dramatically. I mean it seems like slower than 3G internet.

On the other hand, when I visit other websites that have no Cloudflare proxy, they are loading super fast. I have fiber internet connection with 200 Mbit download / 30 Mbit upload speed.

I was not able to detect what is the issue. Any idea?
