Remove outdated block lists

Some blocklists such as NSA blocklist was updated 3 years ago and the github link is now down completely (404), I think it would be wise to move the source list to another host when this happens or remove it from the options

    Arguably they are not outdated as no credible information has come out with a new list replacing this one.

    This list is still valid, but as it has been pointed out, there’s a new location that should be added
