Porn category started to block legit services

Something happened recently that Porn category started to block legit services, to the point I had to disable Porn category - which I don't want to do. As if Porn and Piracy categories (which is still not a case, but more appropriate for streaming services) got messed up. Where can I check the list of domain for these categories, and updates?
