NextDNS with Torguard VPN on Android

Is it possible to use NextDNS with Torguard VPN at the same time on Android?

    Absolutely. Just follow the instructions on your my.nextdns.io setup page for Android. Since Android 9 you can use the Private DNS feature. This overrides your VPN's DNS settings and you have both: VPN and NextDNS over TLS.
