Need help with "client name" on test page

Hi everybody! Does someones knows how client name is sent toward https://test.nextdns.io/, how client idetifies itself on test page...

    The client name is the software being used to connect with NextDNS. There’s only a few recognised by test.nextdns.io and it’s not something you can change anyway.
