Need help with NextDNS DoT with SmartDNS

Can someone help me, what would be command line for SmartDNS DoT with Nextdns? Seems server tls://2605:380:40:4::1 -host-name:MY-ROUTER--SMARTDNS-XYZ123.dns.nextdns.io -tls-host-verify:MY-ROUTER--SMARTDNS-XYZ123.dns.nextdns.io doesn't work... it works but with no profile...
