Logfile download fails at 1.9+Gb

Hi, I dowload the logfile via the interface in a chrome browser, it fails at about 1.9+ Gb (2Gb in filesize) and I saw the download stop until it stated internet connection issues, which is 100% not the case as I am watching it using a chrome download manager! I tried multiple times, the resum option is not working - its starting over. 

Do you have some FAT32 filesize issue or is the server not OK? Any other serious options for download (and resume if needed) ? This is a rubbish feature
