nextdns DoH in openwrt, blocking nextdns DoH in android tv

i am trying to use DoH at multiple level but found a weird problem

when I use nextdns DoH in openwrt router, it causes things to not load in android tv.

To make things work, I have to use nextdns DoH in either of it. I even added the nextdns.io to allowed domains list, still not working

any fix?
