Add new DNS list and cleaup old one

Can URLhouse filter be added to the DNS list ?

Additionally, some of the DNS lists in Privacy section looks like need to be removed, as they have not been updated for a long time or are no longer relevant, such as the following NS list, with some items being discontinued:
