Can't access my uni's domain when I am in their network

Hi,

When I am in the WLAN of my university (eduroam) with my linux laptop, all the pages on the universities domain and their subdomains load forever.

When I disable Nextdns, they load fine, when I access them from outside of the universities network, they load fine, and when I access them from inside the universities network with Nextdns, but on my android phone, they also load fine.

Any ideas what might cause this and how to fix it?

check your logs and either unblock them or add manual rewrite

Corporate (including eduroam) network normally has its own custom DNS server which resolve URLs to their local IP address, which public resolvers can never do ( I also has one at home, to resolve my public domain to LAN address).  The simplest way to resolve the issue is to disable any public resolver services such as NextDNS. All other methods are technologically possible but practically formidable.
