[Firefox] Blocked when attempting to export the configuration?

Blocked when trying to export the configuration?

I'm trying to export the configuration via Firefox, but it loads and nothing happens... How can I fix this?

What could be blocking it?

I don't have the export option on Chrome...

Is this normal?
