Custom Domain for Resolution
Currently, using the standard dns.nextdns.io domain for DoH/DoT I get a high rate of blocking on public networks. This is probably because it is very easy to block the NextDNS SNI.
What is harder for people to configure is IP based blocking. Would it be possible for NextDNS to allow us to link our own, custom domains, to a profile to allow us to bypass some forms of common blocking and get our DNS setups to work on more networks?

It would also be nice if NextDNS had more robust protections agianst this kind of blocking. The apple configuration profile seems to be able to do it, but that is being combined with manual DNS configuration for the wifi network as well.

What devices are you working with? There are some potential ways to harden your setup by using IP address "bootstrapping" which can be done with the Mobile Device Profile setup page. Additionally using the NextDNS mobile app can help resolve some of the issues as well as it will also attempt various upstream connectivity options.
