premiumrdp-mnl Timeouts/RTO/Latency Spikes

Hi, 

I've been experiencing VPN drops and site slow loading times due to premiumrdp-mnl timeouts. I've reported this before, but no one from the NextDNS support team seems to help. Last week there was an issue with your lightnode-mnl server which looks to be fixed now. Can you just please route us back to that server.

I can confirm that this isn't isolated since my friend who also uses NextDNS experiences this issue, and he's from a different ISP with same routing premiumrdp-mnl. I've also tried turning off my VPN and see if it clears my problems but to no avail. I've attached my YogaDNS log for reference.

There's also considerable ping spikes with premiumrdp-mnl compared to a stable lightnode-mnl. I've attached ping results too.
