Add an ‘All On’ or ‘All off’ button to the denylist.

A button that would be very useful is an ALL ON or ALL OFF toggle for the denylist section so you can easily turn everything on or off. Also move the on/off toggle for each individual one away from the X to remove it as sometimes it’s easy to want to toggle it and accidentally delete the domain you wanted to toggle.
