Help Setting DNS OVER TLS on asus AX11000

Hello, I'm trying to configure NextDNS on my Asus AX11000 router using the DNS over TLS option, but I can't get it to work because it asks me for an IP address, which I don't know, and I can't leave it empty.

Use 45.90.28.0 and/or 45.90.30.0 in the IP Address field.

I have tried both IP addresses but I have too much latency in the first one it marks me about 80ms and in the second about 130ms. I am located in South America in Chile. Is there an IP that I can use that directs me to the servers in Chile?

Go to find the ultralow server: https://ping.nextdns.io/

Get the corresponding ultralow server address at: https://router.nextdns.io/?limit=10&stack=dual

Fill in the IP address with the domain name dns.nextdns.io.

The server IP address is only available when using encrypted DNS, which does not work on port 53. Since the IP address is static, you should regularly check the server IP for changes to resolve the problem as quickly as possible (when NextDNS changes the server IP address).

Out of curiosity, does your device allow for DoH? If so, have you tried it instead of DoT?

No, my device does not support DoH.
