Allow ability to send email notifications to Access users on settings changes

It would be nice if I could setup an Access user to receive email notifications whenever a profile setting is changed. I know it's probably a niche use case, and I think having an extra user as an Editor or Viewer is a good start for having someone else see your DNS settings if you need that. But having that extra step if needed to get an email when a profile setting is changed would be nice too. I'm not sure on the feasibility of this, but I would greatly appreciate it as I love this service and what it provides.
