How to interpret ping.nextdns.io?

Hello,
I'm not exactly sure how to interpret the errors at the bottom of the list.
Is it supposed to allow us having access to the service, though?

For your information, i have experienced issues all morning along, today
and i had to use some fallback alternatives since some of the DNS requests submitted
with two distinct chrome-based browsers from mobile and desktop devices
didn't received responses with DNS-over-https configured 
especially unless my understanding is wrong here of course.

       the first error is suspicious, seems like something is interfering with our diag system. Seems like you do not have NextDNS configured, does the issue happen as well when you are using enabling NextDNS?

      NextDNS Indeed, I don't know what to make of it. It appears this "suspicous" error  have faded today though:

      There was a browser upgrade in between and the first thing i had concluded in between since i had no issue in command-line was that perhaps the browser had introduced a regression and guess what:

      I'll let you know how thing go today (if better, same or worse).

       No more issues today since having updated chrome-based browsers to 118.0.5993.88. 

      Coincidence or not, there is no more issues either similar to what was encountered
      and submitted with first yesterday diag.
