Wondering about stremio.com

Heyo everyone,

I'm confused, I have been doing some reading about stremio.com and app and site and everything I have been reading says that it's not piracy, BUT nextdns still has it blocked as piracy, on top of that, google play has it BACK ON their store.

So why has next dns still got it blocked?
