How to block web ads but enable email trackers

Hello,

When I started  using NextDNS, I noticed that it was blocking web ads (which is good) but also blocking promotional links sent via email messages (which is bad for me).  I can no longer click on promotional links sent from Old Navy, Target, etc.   I was using the "NextDNS Ads & Trackers" blocklist.  I activated "Allow Affiliates and Trackers List",  but this setting didn't seem to make any difference.  

I don't want to go through and whitelist any URLs, since I can't really predict exactly which tracking links I'm going to receive via email.  I'd rather find a simpler way to keep filtering ads while enabling promotional trackers.  Is there a way to do this?
