iOS Profile Causing Issues with WireGuard?

I'm trying to troubleshoot what's going on with my WireGuard tunnel for my iPhone.  I have always had it set so that all traffic goes through my WireGuard tunnel to my home server.  This allows easy access to my NAS and also encrypts traffic so traffic on public hotspots can't be read easily.

Lately, I've noticed that I will be unable to load a web page, load email, apps, etc.  If I turn off the WireGuard server and then back on it will work normally.  (I can also leave it off and it works normally.)

There have been a lot of things at play in the last few weeks that I'm not sure what it could be.

  1. NextDNS iOS DNS profile causing issues?
  2. Update to my Ubiquiti UDM-SE (firmware) or Network app update that caused the issue?
  3. AT&T

I'm posting here to see if anyone else has ran into this problem.  If so, were you able to identify what was causing it?  It seems to happen when switching from WiFi to cellular usually when I leave home.  I have my personal WiFi excluded in my WireGuard configuration file so it's not even connecting to WireGuard while I'm at home.

Thanks!

I set my WireGuard client to not autoconnect with cellular.  Issue is still happening.  So it's either AT&T or it's the NextDNS iOS profile.
