Disable internet access after percentage of requests are blocked

I would like my DNS to block all internet traffic for a configurable amount of time when X% of requests are blocked within a hour.

This is to discourage people who are attempting to bypass the adult filter.

    Note that it's also possible that a misbehaving app hammers the DNS again and again if they fail to call home, they would easily dominate legit DNS traffic and have the connection blocked entirely.

    Also, if someone is *deliberately* attempting to bypass the adult filter, they can just enable DoH in the browser to NextDNS generic non-blocking address, nothing you can do about it.
