Receiving Error: This device is not using NextDNS. This device is currently using ”XXXXX” as DNS resolver

Hello,

I signed up for NextDNS and changed my network to use the NextDNS IPv4 and IPv6 IP addresses for the DNS servers. For reference, I have a Ubiquiti Unifi Dream Machine Pro.

I see the updated DNS servers on my laptop, but when I go to the NextDNS panel, it says:

This device is not using NextDNS.

This device is currently using ”Google DNS” as DNS resolver

What am I possibly doing wrong?!

Could be a few things. Browser dns settings, system settings, apple private relay (if using iOS/macOS). And IP needs to be linked when using plain DNS IPs (IPv4).
