I Need Help pfSense DNS

Hello, I have an issue. My NextDNS keep telling me I am using Cloudflare and I put NextDNS on my pfSense. My DNS setup on pfSense is as follows:

 

Under the tab: System > General Setup:

These are in the server (x is representing numbers and letters of the DNS)

IP: 45.90.28.xxx - HOST: xxxxxx.dns.nextdns.io

IP: 45.90.30.xxx - HOST: xxxxxx.dns.nextdns.io

 

Under the tab: Services > DNS Resolver > General Settings:

Within Outgoing Network Interfaces, I selected ProtonInterface. (My ProtonVPN interface)

I enable Strict Outgoing Network InterfaceBinding.

I enabled DNSSEC.

I enabled DNS Query Forwarding.

I enabled Use SSL/TLS for outgoing DNS Queries to Forwarding Servers.

 

It seems that the DNS server don't want to change even if I deleted my previous DNS which was cloudflare (I usually use it for setup and then later change it)

 

I am curious if I missed something or if I did something wrong?

    I too am having this issue.

    Does anyone have pfSense setup and working?

    If so how did you get it set up?

    Proton VPN is the problem for It simply doesn’t allow other DNS services. 

    What is the issue you are facing? Please be more specific in your description of your problem(s). Are the setup details on my.nextdns.io not working/incomplete?
