Can NextDNS block JavaScript Trackers ?

I have observed that some websites use JavaScript trackers. (Fig.1)

I have added these domains to my Denylist. They are also available in the blocklists which I use.(Fig.2)

I can see that they got blocked per my logs. (Fig.3)

However, they are still getting loaded into the browser (Firefox) and my Adblocker(Adguard) keeps blocking them.

Does it mean those JS can't be blocked by NextDNS?

    Those are not loaded into your browser, since Adblocker already blocked requests to download, which happen before those could get blocked by NextDNS DNS.

    And... NextDNS can "only" block the DNS requests to domains/hosts/FQDNs.
