Auto removal of blocklists not recently updated or with 0 entries

Multiple of the blocklists available to choose from are either not updated in more than 6 months or contains 0 entries. Those should in my opinion be auto removed from NextDNS as the content is obsolete or just does not make sence.

Also I suggest "d3Host List by d3ward" to be added as blocklist:
