"Make sure you use the DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint shown below."

After trying to setup YogaDNS with my configuration with DNS-over-HTTPS, I just get "This device is using NextDNS with no configuration. Make sure you use the DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint shown below." Even though I am using the DNS-over-HTTPS Endpoint. I have turned off and turned on "Use secure DNS to specify how to lookup the network address for websites" in Edge, nothing, flushed DNS, nothing, reinstalled the program, nothing, I am honestly out of clues.

Edit: also in the  Analytics it claims all queries has been encrypted, which im unsure is actually true, it has worked before aswell.

The configuration id field should only contain the configuration id, not the full DoH URL.

Olivier I was able to put the whole URL before I factory reset my computer, and if I just put the configuration ID it doesnt encrypt anything.

I have this exact problem. I set the configuration ID in YogaDNS and it ignores it. Its console shows lines without the ID, even though it's correctly added:

    [09.25 11:59:40] eyqkyc6o46-9ef9fe.test.nextdns.io - process : server=NextDNS (NextDNS), rule=Default

MyNextDNS also shows "This device is using NextDNS with no configuration."
