Suggested change to a default block (aiv-cdn.net)

Blocking aiv-cdn.net by default prevents Amazon Prime Video from accessing streaming video content in some cases. This can cause smart TV owners and other use cases some prolonged grief trying to figure out why some content works and some doesn't.

Examples in my case: s3-iad-2.cf.dash.row.aiv-cdn.net , series "Invincible" & "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood".

    s3-iad-2.cf.dash.row.aiv-cdn.net is blocked by stevenblack and oisd, raise an issue with the respective list maintainer
