Manually manage lists / OISD extra

Hi everybody,

It has been said many times but that would be nice to ba able to manage manually the blocklists.

In fact I'm interested to use OISD extra list but it's not possible actually (but maybe NextDNS if you read me and add it...). Careful, Adguard DNS is slowly getting interesting ;)
